Our SPE2/1 shot peening machine is a universal solution for shot peening of medium size series with fast workpiece change.

The SPE 2/1 shot peening machine is very similar to the BDTA shot peening machine. In contrast to the BDTA, it has 2 blast wheels and 24 instead of 32 blast satellites. This significantly reduces the required installation space and the system can be easily integrated into robot-supported production cells. Of course, manual loading of the machine is also possible at any time.
The foundationless installation and low design enable fast integration into existing processing lines.
