 Our continuous spring blasting machines are the optimal solution for continuous shot peening of heavy-duty springs.

Spring blasting machines are used to perfectly prepare the surface of technical springs for painting and/or to increase the residual compressive stress in the component. This has a positive influence on the service life of the springs in the installed condition. Alternatively, material savings can be achieved through this process with the same performance parameters.

Our portfolio of blasting machines ranges from spiral springs to disc springs to large leaf springs. The installed machine capacity is individually adapted to your needs.

A special form of shot peening machines is the so-called "stress-shot-peening machine". Here, the component is mechanically fixed and the subsequent installation situation is simulated. During this process, the workpieces are specifically irradiated and the residual compressive stresses are significantly increased.
