Brake disc blasting machines replace conventional hanger-type blasting machines in the processing of car and truck brake discs and drums. The otherwise usual post-blast processing is completely eliminated.

The workpieces are automatically conveyed from the cast cooler to the blasting machine, where they are intensively desanded and descaled on all sides without chipping. The sand-free brake discs can then be transferred directly to mechanical processing. There is no need for manual blasting of internally ventilated brake discs.

The repeatability, cycle time and ease of maintenance of these systems are unbeatable. The machine availability is > 98%.

A continuously conveying belt rotates the workpieces in front of the blast turbines and conveys them evenly through the system. No setup times are incurred during a workpiece change.

The brake disc systems are configured explicitly according to your requirements and planned into existing production processes.
