Roller conveyor blasting machines

Roller conveyor blasting machines are used for effective descaling and paint preparation of sheet metal, profiles and welded structures.

Depending on the sheet quality and material thickness, horizontally or vertically conveying roller conveyor blasting machines are used.

The workpieces pass from the infeed roller table to the blasting machine and only now the blasting process starts. The blasting machine automatically detects the width of the component and selects the number of turbines that perform work accordingly. Effectively, only the component is blasted. After passing through the blasting area, the workpieces are cleaned by means of brushes and high-performance fans. The workpieces come out of the system almost free of abrasive and dust and can be processed directly.
