Swing chamber blasting machines are used in foundries and forges worldwide. They are usually integrated into production lines and are therefore prepared for millimeter-precise charging and discharging by industrial robots. The cycle time is less than 30 seconds, thus ensuring seamless integration into modern casting lines. The great advantage of these systems is that charging and discharging takes place in parallel with beam processing, so there is hardly any waiting time.

Engine blocks, cylinder heads, intermediate housings made of aluminum but also complex forged parts are blasted safely, free of impact points and redundantly and can be forwarded directly to the following mechanical processing.
