Machining speeds of up to 200m/min. are state of the art nowadays and enable maximum efficiency at low unit costs.

The integrated, fully automatic blast baffles concentrate the blast pattern on the workpiece and protect the interior of the blasting machine to the same extent. This means that very thin wires and rods can be processed perfectly and without intervention by the machine operator.

Depending on the straightness of the component, the workpiece can be rotated while passing through the blasting processing.
